Support

You have received your access details via the e-mail address you have registered with on October 1. Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot retrieve it, please write an e-mail to eans@aimgroup.eu.
Please note that only delegates with fully paid registration fees will be able to access the congress platform.
Is there a live support function available?
Yes, in case of any questions or issues you can contact the congress team directly via the live chat function in the bottom right corner.
Why do I sometimes not hear a sound in a lecture?
If you do not hear any sound in some of the sequences of the live events, this could be for the following reason: If you are following the live event on your mobile phone or tablet, the sound will be reproduced above the normal conversation volume. If the speaker now plays a video, this is played back via the media volume. To adjust the volume for the video being played, you have to adjust the media volume separately in the volume settings of your mobile phone or tablet.
What can I do if I don´t see some content?
With the arrow icon in the top left corner, you can update the data for the platform.
I can still not see the content, what should I do?

Speakers
I am a speaker, do I have to be online for my session (Q&A)? When do I have to be online?
You will be required to connect 30 minutes before the start of your session. For further details please consult the Speaker Guidelines.
Why do speakers have to pay for the registration?
Our policy is to keep registration costs as low as we reasonably can in order to ensure that as many participants as possible can benefit from the opportunity to network with our eminent international faculty. As a consequence, we are unfortunately unable to cover registration and associated costs; we very much hope that you will appreciate the rationale behind this decision.
I have missed the deadline to upload my presentation. Can I still deliver my talk?
Please contact eans@aimgroup.eu.
I have an oral eposter presentation. When is my presentation?
Oral ePoster presentations are only available on demand in the Oral ePoster Presentations section.
